Exchange:

We strive to deliver the correct products and sizes. If you receive the wrong item or it doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

ShopQ will arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.

If these conditions aren’t met, the exchange will not be processed, and the order will be returned. If the requested size is unavailable, you can request a refund as per our policy. No other item can be exchanged for the original product.

We’re dedicated to bringing you the latest fashion at affordable prices with high-quality fabrics. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. A reverse pick-up fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund.

Important Points To Remember:

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and pickups will be scheduled within 2-3 business days. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include the original packaging and tags. Items missing tags will not be accepted.

Refunds depend on meeting these conditions. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and email a photo of the issue. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the return being declined.

Refund Amount:

  1. If you return a product, the COD charges paid at the time of order will be deducted from your refund.
  2. A reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will also be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  3. If you choose a wallet refund, the full amount (excluding COD charges) will be credited without the ₹100 reverse shipping fee.

Refund Method:

  1. Prepaid Orders: The refund will go to the original payment account. Once the product is received, processing takes 1-2 business days, and the refund will appear in 5-7 business days.
  2. COD Orders: The refund will be sent to the bank account provided during the return request, appearing within 7 business days.
  3. Wallet Option: If incorrect bank details are provided, we will notify you. If there is no response within 7 days, the refund will go to your ShopQ wallet.

E-wallet refunds will be processed within 2 business days once the product is received. Once a refund is added to the wallet, it cannot be transferred back to a bank account.

If a returned product is used or inappropriate, it will be sent back to you with a shipping fee. If your return location is outside our serviceable area, you’ll need to arrange a courier, and no return shipping charges will be deducted.
