Ensure items are securely packed, with the ORDER ID and registered mobile number clearly marked. Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Once received, the full product price will be refunded within 48 hours, without any reverse pickup charge of ₹100.
Note: Please avoid using The Professional Couriers for returns due to reliability concerns. Make sure your courier costs are within the stipulated amount. We recommend ‘Speed Post’ for its wide distribution network.
Reasons for Failed Delivery:
Delivery may fail for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- Recipient unavailable or incorrect phone number.
- Delivery location is restricted.
- Payment not made for COD orders.
- Recipient has moved to a new address.
Note: If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be canceled.
