Product Accuracy

Pricing
Prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you. If we can’t reach you, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued if payment has been made. Prices may change without notice, but such changes won’t affect dispatched orders. Prices include applicable GST. Discounts applied at checkout are non-refundable upon cancellation or return.
Payment
We conduct pre-authorization checks to ensure sufficient funds before dispatching orders. Payments are accepted via:

- Debit/Credit Card
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Net Banking
- EMI
- ShopQ Wallet
COD incurs a flat fee of ₹100.
Violations & Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access without notice if these Terms of Service are violated. You remain responsible for any existing orders even if your access is terminated.
Order Status & Support
Check your order status in the “order history” section. For service inquiries or complaints, contact support@shopq.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us on the same day via email or phone. We will replace it promptly. Failure to notify us on the same day will mean the item is considered sold and non-returnable.
Returns
Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of our services is at your own risk. Products are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.
Liability
